摘要

为了研究某汽车制动泵缸体件多件装夹夹具体结构刚性,利用UG软件建立多件装夹夹具体模型,通过ANSYS有限元分析比较无拉杆和有拉杆两种夹具体结构变形情况.结果表明,设置拉杆的夹具体结构变形比无拉杆的夹具体结构变形小,可有效地控制装夹变形量.基于此,设计一种对称式多件装夹夹具体,装夹时无需考虑夹具体变形量,只需关注被装夹工件的变形,简化了夹具体整体结构.在多件装夹夹具中,优先采用对称式夹具体结构设计,其次是拉杆式夹具体结构设计.研究结果可为企业设计多件装夹夹具体结构提供参考.

Abstract

In order to study the specific structural rigidity for the fixture body of the multi-piece clamping of a certain car brake pump cylinder block,a multi-piece clamping fixture model is established by using UG software,and the specific structural deformation of the two types of clamping without and with a pull rod is compared through ANSYS finite element analysis.The results show that the specific structural deformation of the clamp with a pull rod is smaller than that without a pull rod,and the amount of clamping deformation can be effectively controlled.Based on this,a symmetrical multi-piece clamping device is designed,which does not need to consider the specific deformation of the clamp during clamping,but only needs to focus on the deformation of the workpiece being clamped,simplifying the overall structure of the clamp.In multi piece clamping fixtures,priority is given to the specific structural design of symmetrical clamps,followed by the specific structural designof pull rod clamps.The research results can provide reference for enterprises to design specific structures of multi-piece clamping devices.
