In order to analyze the propagation law of Lamb wave on aluminum plate and in good condition through-hole aluminum plate,a simulation method of damage signal acquisition based on Lamb wave is proposed.Firstly, the group velocity and phase velocity dispersion curves of 3mm aluminum plate are drawn, then the excitation signals are modulated, and the Lamb wave signals on aluminum plate are obtained by modeling and simulation in the finite element software Abaqus. Finally, each signal is brought into the damage factor formula to calculate the SDC value. The results show that the greater the distance from the excitation point, the greater the attenuation of Lamb wave.At the same position, the amplitude of the signal received from the intact plate is lar-ger than that of the damaged plate. The closer the sensor is to the damage location, the greater the damage factor. The research results provide theoretical support for non-destructive testing imaging technology.
