摘要
为了提高省属高校学报影响力,通过分析稿源状况,发现省属高校内新建本科高校学报稿源存在以下问题:本校稿件占比较低,来稿主要是省内外高校;高级职称(含副高)作者及基金论文占比均较低,被引频次也较低;学报影响力较小.利用皮尔森系数定量表征得出:稿源单位分布与被引频次前5单位分布极强相关;基金论文比和年均下载次数与期刊影响力正相关.基于此,应加强针对性约稿,提升服务水平,争取学校相关部门的政策支持,以达到增加来稿总量、提升来稿质量、拓宽稿源、提升办刊水平的目的.
Abstract
In order to improve the influence of provincial colleges and universities'journals,By ana-lyzing the status of manuscript sources,it is concluded that the following problems exist in the manuscript sources of the journals of newly established undergraduate colleges and universities in provincial universities:the manuscripts of the university account for a low proportion,and the manuscripts are mainly from colleges and universities inside and outside the province;authors with senior titles(including associate professors)and fund-sponsored papers,the frequency of cita-tions,the grant papers in the manuscript sources,and the citation frequency are with low propor-tion,which leads to the little impact of the journals.The quantitative characterization of Pearson coefficient shows that the distribution of source units is highly correlated with the distribution of the top 5 units of cited frequency.The ratio of fund-sponsored papers and average annual down-load times are positively correlated with journal influence.Therefore,the editorial department should strengthen the targeted solicitation of manuscripts,improve the service level,and win the policy support of the relevant departments of the school,so as to increase the total number of manuscripts,improve the quality of manuscripts,expand the source of manuscripts,and finally enhance the level of running the journal.
