摘要

近年来,低空经济作为一种全新的经济形态和新质生产力的代表,逐渐成为了社会发展的"热词".为探讨科技创新与低空经济的交互耦合关系,搜集整理了 2013-2022年的相关数据,采用熵权法计算各指标的权重,通过构建耦合协调模型来计算科技创新能力系统和低空经济发展系统的综合评价指数、两者的耦合度以及耦合协调度,应用灰色关联分析计算各二级指标与两系统耦合协调的关联程度进行实证研究.结果表明:(1)我国科技创新能力系统和低空经济发展两系统的综合评价指数自2013年以来呈逐年上升的趋势,但都仍处于低水平;(2)科技创新能力和低空经济发展两系统的耦合度一直相当接近,但是从耦合协调度方面来看,虽逐年向好发展,但整体水平依然较低;(3)选取的各二级指标对两系统的耦合协调贡献均较大,但科技创新能力系统相比之下贡献更加显著.研究为我国发展低空经济,夯实新质生产力发展的着力点提供了新思路.

Abstract

In recent years,as a new economic form and a representative of new quality productivity,low-altitude economy has gradually become a hot topi for social development.To explore the interactive coupling relationship between scientific and technological innovation and the low-altitude economy,data from 2013 to 2022 are collected and sorted out.The entropy weight method is used to calculate the weights of each indicator,and a coupling and coordination model is constructed to calculate the comprehensive evaluation indicator of the scientific and technological innovation capability system and the low-altitude economic development system,as well as their coupling degree and coordination degree.The grey correlation analysis is applied to calculate the correlation degree of each secondary indicator with the coupling coordination of the two systems for empirical research.The results indicate that:(1)The comprehensive evaluation indices of China's scientific and technological innovation capability system and low-altitude economic development system have shown an upward trend year by year,but both are still at a low level since 2013;(2)The coupling degree between the scientific and technological innovation capability and low-altitude economic development systems has always been quite close,but in terms of the coupling and coordination degree,although they have been improving year by year,the overall level is still low;(3)The selected secondary indicators all contribute significantly to the coupling and coordination of the two systems,but the contribution of the scientific and technological innovation capability system is more pronounced.This study provides new insights for the development of China's low-altitude economy and the consolidation of the focus of new quality productive force development.
