In order to explore the path of emergency capacity building for construction projects in high-altitude areas,an evaluation index system for emergency capacity building of construction projects in high-altitude areas was constructed based on PPRR theory,involving the physiological response of oper-ators,the selection and allocation of high-altitude emergency rescue equipments,and the supply chain network of materials.Scenario theory and SOM network are used to construct and analyze the path net-work of emergency capacity building for construction projects in high altitude areas.And the cross-in-fluence matrix is used to deduce the path of emergency capacity building for construction projects in high altitude areas.The results show:with the single index effect,the impact degree of plateau emergen-cy rescue facilities and equipment on effect events(0.029 0)is higher than that of other events;When the combination measures are selected,the influence is much greater than that of single indicators,and the influence of different combinations on the effect events can be compared,or,the influence of Com-bination One(0.96)is greater than that of Combination Two(0.9).The use of scenario construction and deduction can better deal with the problem of path selection in the process of emergency capacity building,and the effective measures can be abtained with the results of deduction to improve the level of emergency capacity building,and provide reference for emergency capacity building.
