煤矿胶带运输巷道综合降尘技术

为了解决煤矿运输转载过程中的粉尘污染问题,以曹家滩煤矿主斜井、主运大巷为研究背景,根据主要产尘来源和产尘规律,在传统的喷雾降尘措施基础上,优化实施了"运输胶带密闭喷雾降尘+运输胶带地面快速清洁+巷道断面风流降尘"综合降尘技术,通过理论分析和现场试验确定了胶带密闭喷雾水量和喷雾间距,研制了胶带清刮、胶带喷雾冲洗、胶带旋转毛刷等胶带清洁装置,分析了巷道断面喷雾的合理间距。结果表明:胶带密闭喷雾水量为20 L/min、喷雾间距为800 m时,结合胶带清洁装置处理可以从源头上明显地降低胶带运输过程中的产尘量;当巷道断面相邻降尘水幕间距为 900 m时,湿式捕尘网可以有效净化巷道内弥散的粉尘。现场应用表明曹家滩主斜井及主运大巷的呼吸性粉尘均可降至 8 mg/m3 以下,粉尘治理效果良好,为类似条件下的降尘措施制定提供借鉴。
Comprehensive dust reduction technology of coal mine belt transport tunnel
In order to solve the problem of dust pollution during coal mine transportation and transfer,taking the main in-clined shaft and main transportation roadway of Caojiatan coal mine as the research background,based on the dust pro-duction law and main dust sources of the roadway,and on the basis of the traditional spray dust prevention measures,the comprehensive dust reduction technology of"Transportation belt closed spray dust reduction+transportation belt ground rapid cleaning+roadway section airflow dust reduction"was optimized.Through theoretical analysis and field test,the a-mount of spray water and spray spacing for belt sealing were determined,and belt cleaning devices such as belt cleaning,belt spray washing,and belt rotating brush were developed,the reasonable spacing of spray in roadway section was ana-lyzed.The results show that when the water volume of the closed belt spray is 20 L/min and the spray spacing is slightly greater than 800 m,combined with the belt cleaning device,the dust production during the belt transportation can be sig-nificantly reduced from the source;when the distance between adjacent air flow purification water curtains in the tunnel section is 900 m,the dispersed dust in the tunnel can be effectively purified through a wet dust collection net,and then the water mist in the tunnel can be treated using a corrugated plate defogging device to ensure good visibility.Through the on-site application,dust of the main inclined shaft and main transportation roadway in Caojiatan coal mine was re-duced below 8 mg/m3,the technology had a good effect on dust control,it can provide reference for measures establishing of dust control in similar conditions.
