沥青路面美化涂层制备及其理化特性

为减小坑槽修补后沥青路面与原路面的色差,提高路面整体协调性和驾驶安全性,选用环氧树脂和丙烯酸树脂的共聚物为基料,依次添加改性剂、颜填料、助剂和固化剂,制备一种新型沥青路面美化涂层。通过红外光谱试验、非等温差式扫描量热法,结合耐候性测试、黏温测试、热重试验及试验路测试对其理化特性和美化效果进行分析。结果表明:原氧基硅烷(KH-570)曲线上的甲基和亚甲基的吸收峰、羰基上的碳氧双键与碳碳双键的吸收峰在改性后的纳米二氧化硅的红外光谱曲线中出现,氧基硅烷对纳米二氧化硅改性成功,丙烯酸树脂与环氧树脂成功接枝,固化剂将环氧树脂中的环氧基团消耗完全;复合树脂涂层在不同升温速率下的热行为显示出复合树脂体系的转化率与温度和升温速率成正比;涂层的附着力、贮存稳定性、耐化学性及热力学性能良好,黏度满足规范要求;涂层能有效减小路面色差,美化效果良好。此美化涂层物理化学性能优异,在修复路面色差保证驾驶人安全的同时,可以很好地保护沥青面层。
Preparation and physicochemical properties of asphalt pavement beautification coating
To reduce the color difference between the asphalt pavement and the original pavement after pothole repair,and to improve the overall coordination of the pavement and driving safety,a new type of asphalt pavement landscaping coating was prepared by choosing the copolymer of epoxy resin and a-crylic resin as the base material,and adding modifier,pigment and filler,auxiliary agent and curing a-gent in turn.The physical and chemical properties and beautification effect were analyzed by infrared spectroscopy test,non-isothermal differential scanning calorimetry,combined with weathering test,vis-cosity temperature test,thermogravimetric test and experimental road test.The results show that:the ab-sorption peaks of methyl and methylene on the curve of the original oxy silane(KH-570),the absorp-tion peaks of carbon-oxygen and carbon-carbon double bonds on the carbonyl group appear in the infra-red spectral curves of the modified nano-silica.The modification of the nano-silica by the oxy silane is successful,the acrylic resin is successfully grafted with the epoxy resin,and the curing agent completely consums the epoxy groups in the epoxy resin;the composite resin coatings in the The thermal behavior of composite resin coatings under different heating rates shows that the conversion rate of the composite resin system is proportional to the temperature and heating rate;The adhesion,storage stability,chemi-cal resistance and thermodynamic properties of the coating are good,and the viscosity meets the specifi-cations;The coating can effectively reduce the color difference of the pavement,and the beautification effect is good.This beautification coating has excellent physical and chemical properties,and can pro-tect the asphalt surface layer well while repairing the color difference of the road surface to ensure the safety of drivers.
