地铁车站BIM模型信息完备性审查研究

随着智能建造的发展,三维正向设计逐渐替代了传统二维设计,对设计成果的交付审查也将同步转换为对建筑信息模型的审查.地铁建筑设计区别于其他建筑具备较强的功能性,在实际设计交付成果审查中,会存在错审率、漏项高等问题.为解决该问题,本文依据相关国家标准,构建适用于地铁车站建筑信息模型完备性审查的本体模型,同时集成工业基础类(IFC 4.0)实例信息、计算机规则技术,实现模型完备性审查.以地铁车站的建筑单元为例,实现地铁车站模型在方案设计阶段的交付工作.该方法的提出有助于促进整个建筑行业的信息化发展.
Research on completeness review based on metro station BIM model information
With the development of intelligent construction,the three-dimensional forward design gradually replaces the traditional two-dimensional design,and the delivery review of design re-sults will also be simultaneously transformed into the review of building information modeling.The design of subway buildings is different from those of other buildings and is of strong func-tionality,and there will be problems such as wrong review rate and high omissions in the review of actual design deliverables.In order to solve this problem,this paper constructs an ontology model suitable for the completeness review of building information models of subway stations ac-cording to relevant national standards,and integrates the industry foundation classes(IFC 4.0)instance information and computer rule technology to realize model completeness review.Taking the building unit of the subway station as an example,the delivery of the subway station model in the scheme design stage is realized.The proposal of this method is helpful to promote the devel-opment of informatization in the entire construction industry.
