Spatiotemporal pattern and influencing factors of carbon emissions from construction sector in the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration
Based on the carbon emission data of construction sector in 27 prefecture-level cities of the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration from 2008 to 2020,the spatial and temporal pattern of carbon emission from construction sector and the spatio-temporal heterogeneity of its influen-cing factors were analyzed by using the ESDA model and the GTWR-STIRPAT model. The re-sults showed that:①From 2008 to 2020,carbon emissions from the construction sector in the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration continued to increase;spatially, carbon emissions from the construction sector in urban agglomerations generally show a distribution pattern of"low in the middle and high in the north and south".②The spatial aggregation effect of carbon emissions from the construction sector in urban agglomeration is obvious, mainly showing"low-low"and"high-high"spatial agglomeration characteristics.③ The influencing factors are of strong spatio-temporal heterogeneity in different cities.Energy consumption intensity, total population,con-struction sector structure and per capita GDP have a positive impact on the carbon emissions of the construction sector in urban agglomerations, while urbanization level and the number of building emission reduction policies have a negative impact on most cities in urban agglomera-tions.Finally,joint prevention and control measures between cities and differentiated emission reduction suggestions are put forward.
