Study on resurgence risk measure of comprehensive renovation in old residential community
In order to promote the sustainable improvement of the renovation results of old resi-dential community and improve the awareness and ability of preventing the risk of resurgence,this paper,on the basis of the definition of the concept of resurgence risk,constructs a resur-gence risk measurement index system by the PSR model,uses the cloud model to measure the risk of resurgence,and takes a residential community in Fuzhou as an example for empirical anal-ysis.It puts forward countermeasures such as paying attention to scientific decision-making and management,strengthening community self-profit,strengthening community culture construc-tion and innovating multi-property management mode.
