Research on green development strategy of construction enterprises based on evolutionary game
Aiming at the problem of how to develop construction enterprises in public participation in a green way,the game model for green development of construction enterprises in public par-ticipation is constructed by considering environmental and economic factors, analyzing how to a-void negative behaviors in the green development of construction enterprises based on the negative externality of green building leading to a decrease in the income of the key stakeholders and verif-ying it through numerical simulation. The results show that the public's willingness to partici-pate affects the rewards and punishments of government departments. When there is a lack of the willingness of the public to participate in monitoring, and even if the government formulates e-nough punishment measures, the construction enterprises will adopt the"negative green produc-tion"strategy due to the existence of the fluke;when the willingness of the public to participate in monitoring is strong, the government departments only need to appropriately increase the pun-ishment strength to regulate the negative behavior strategy of the construction enterprises;the environmental preference of the enterprises and the market demand have a significant influence on the greenness of the construction enterprises. When the public's willingness to participate in mo-nitoring is strong, the government can regulate the negative behavior of construction enterprises by increasing the punishment;the environmental preference of enterprises and the sensitivity of market demand for the degree of greenness have a significant positive effect on the adoption of"positive green production"strategy by construction enterprises.Based on this, relevant policy recommendations are proposed from both public and governmental perspectives. To summarize, the article proposes the influence of public participation and government policies on the green de-velopment of construction enterprises by comprehensively considering environmental and econom-ic factors,so as to provide certain references for decision makers in the field of green building.
