Evaluation of modern industries development and its spatial pattern in the Yellow River Basin oriented for environmental protection
To achieve the high-quality development of the Yellow River Basin,it is necessary to realize the high-quality development of the industrial system, and the key is to build a modern in-dustrial system with distinctive advantages oriented to environmental protection. In this paper, based on the connotation of modern industries,an evaluation framework of development level of modern industries is constructed, considering industrial structure harmonization, industry ag-glomeration,industry competitiveness and environmental friendliness. Then, the fuzzy matter-element analysis method is employed to evaluate the development index for modern industries in Yellow River Basin, with Moran's I index analyzed to explore its spatial evolution pattern. The results indicate that:①from 2010 to 2020,the development index for modern industries in the Yellow River Basin shows a trend of fluctuation growth, but there is a significant differentiation among the upper, middle and lower watersheds;② From the overall point of view, the index for modern industries development in Yellow River Basin have an obvious spatial autocorrelation, showing strong spatial agglomeration and rising with fluctuation;③From the local point of view, the spatial distribution of modern industries in Yellow River Basin is relatively stable;there is no quadrant transition during the observed period;there is a significant spatial dependence relation-ship.It is suggested to enhance environmental governance in provinces, focus on the modern in-dustrial system development in the middle and downstream, and strengthen inter-regional coordi-nation and cooperation for development.
