Cognitive Bias:On the Obstacles and Breakthroughs of Home-School Co-Parenting in the Era of"Double Reduction"
In the era of"double reduction",home-school co-education can liberate students well and promote education reform continuously and deeply.Effective home-school cooperation and co-education can help to achieve the consistency of education goals and directions, form educational synergy, contribute to the overall development of students, promote the healthy growth of students, facilitate the integration of educational resources, and build a good education ecology. However,in the process of implementing the two-reduction policy, there is a deviation in the understanding of their respective responsibilities, which leads to the unsatisfactory implementation effect of home-school cooperation. In terms of cognition, schools do not have a comprehensive understanding of parents'influence on the comprehensive development of young children, teachers do not have a clear understanding of their own responsibilities in home-school cooperation, and parents do not fully understand the value and significance of family education for young children. In order to break through the practical dilemma of cooperative education, concrete improvement measures should be put forward from the three aspects of schools, teachers and parents:to change the concept of education and ensure that students get quality education;Establish correct boundary consciousness and grasp the"degree"of cooperation; To change parents'ideas and promote the all-round development of young people.
