With the deepening of China's aging population,establishing a sound elderly care service system mainly composed of family elderly care,community elderly care,as well as institutional elderly care,which is an inherent requirement to alleviate the pressure of elderly care and achieve a sense of security for the elderly.With the reduction of children and the miniaturization of family structure,the community-based home-based elderly care service model,which is based on the family and relies on the community to provide elderly care services for the elderly living at home,greatly meets the elderly care needs of most elderly people and will gradually become the most important component of China's elderly care service system.However,the overall level of community home-based elderly care services is still relatively low.Therefore,it is recommended to strengthen the infrastructure construction of community elderly care services;Overall planning and optimizing the allocation of elderly care resources;Accelerate the construction of professional talent teams;Actively developing mutual aid elderly care models;Accelerate resource integration and promote the integration of medical and elderly care;Transforming traditional concepts,releasing effective elderly care needs,and taking multiple measures to enhance the level of community home-based elderly care services,promoting the high-quality development of elderly care services in China.
