Under the background of"double reduction",a large number of disciplinary training institutions have transformed into non-disciplinary training institutions.Among them,science and technology training institutions are a new type of training industry in recent years.How to define the nature and characteristics of such institutions as well as analyzing its existing problems and conducting effective supervision have become urgent problems to be solved in various provinces and cities.At this stage,Xi'an science and technology off-campus training institutions have problems such as unclear institutional base,frequent chaos in institutional operations,lack of standardization in access and management,and multi-management.Governance countermeasures include systematic planning and finding out the basic number of scientific and technological training institutions;Issue documents as soon as possible to clarify the competent department;Establish a joint long-term supervision mechanism;Strengthen the supply of high-quality scientific and technological educational resources,etc.
