On Innovation and Practice of Multidimensional Teaching Model to Enhance Professional Abilities of Normal Students——A Case Study of Organization and Management of Classroom Teaching
Normal students are the reserve force of China's elementary education teacher team,and optimizing the teaching mode of teacher education courses is an inevitable requirement for improving the training effect of normal students.This article takes the teaching of the course Organization and Management of Classroom Teaching in Xi'an University as an example,in order to explore the teaching model of improving the professional ability of normal students.Combined with the analysis of learning situation and the analysis of teaching pain points,the team teachers carried out teaching reform from three aspects:teaching content,teaching strategy and teaching evaluation.They formed a multi-dimensional teaching model that is student-centered,practice-oriented and competency-based.They also used educational action research to test and improve in teaching practice,achieving significant teaching results.
