New quality productivity is a productivity generated by technological innovation as the main driving force and achieving key disruptive technological breakthroughs.From a theoretical logic perspective,Marxist humanistic theory is the"genetic backbone"of developing new qualitative productive forces,and Marxist productive forces theory is the"theoretical cornerstone"of developing new qualitative productive forces;From a historical logic perspective,the development of new quality productive forces is rooted in the exploration process of liberating and developing productive forces since the founding of New China;From the perspective of practical logic,the development of new quality productive forces takes the centralized and unified leadership of the Party as the political guarantee,adheres to the new development theory as the basic principle,achieves high-quality development as the development goal,and vigorously promotes scientific and technological innovation as the key task,which has distinct practical characteristics.
