The physical health of adolescents is the basis for building a healthy China and an athletic power.Taking the sports-medicine integration as the starting point, this paper defines the main dimensions of adolescent sports health promotion improvement through literature and case analysis, and analyzes the experience of"Spine Health Service Station"model of Shenzhen, the"combination of sports, education and medicine"model of Shanghai, and the"new model of physical improvement"of Jiangsu Changzhou. The main problems in this paper include:the policy of sports-medicine integration is not closely related to the policy of adolescent sports health promotion;the main body of the policy is vague, there is insufficient coordination of main body participation;the content of sports health promotion is uncoordinated, the standardization is lacking;the construction of sports prescription library lags behind.Propose optimization paths based on the integration model of sports and medicine:strengthen legal effectiveness, improve policy system, and enhance policy compatibility;clarify the implementation subject and form a multi subject collaborative participation model;improve the content structure of promoting youth sports and health, and establish standardized content standards;strengthen the"exercise prescription library"for promoting youth sports and health, and comprehensively enhance sharing capabilities.
