Based on the dramaturgy theory,This paper examines interpersonal communication from the perspectives of individual-centered,discourse-centered,and relationship-centered approaches.Employing methods such as literature review,observational analysis,interviews,and experiments,it conceptualizes sports aesthetic education as a Important method for students'personality development and ultimate cultivation of humanity.Taking physical education as a case study,the article explores the teaching model of"integrating physical and aesthetic education"within the framework of interpersonal communication.It endeavors to construct a novel teaching process and methodology for the integration of physical and aesthetic education,formulating corresponding implementation plans.The article concludes with an efficacy assessment,aiming to better unearth the aesthetic functions within physical education,enhance students'aesthetic appreciation of humanity and society,and ultimately achieve the overarching goal of personality and humanistic cultivation.Throughout the entire teaching process,the state of role-playing in a"theatrical"context is applied,enabling students to experience aesthetic influence through simulated role interactions,fostering habitual manifestation in their daily lives,and thereby accomplishing the pedagogical objectives of"integrating physical and aesthetic education"from an interpersonal communication perspective.
