Building international first-class training base is one of the key tasks in the construction of sports power.This pa-per discusses the development status of China's sports training bases,analyzes the realistic problems faced by the develop-ment of China's sports training bases,and puts forward countermeasures.The type structure of the development of sports training bases in China has been initially formed,the effect of helping athletes prepare for major events is remarkable,the role of promoting the national fitness campaign is significantly enhanced,and the development benefits of promoting the re-gional sports industry are initially apparent.The latent problem in the development of China's sports training base is that the training team is of poor fixed character,the ability of independent research and development is weak,the utilization rate of base resources is not good,the funding source is relatively single,and logistics support is weak.Based on this,the paper puts forward some strategies:build the characteristic brand of sports training bases,and attract more sports teams to train for a long time with superior resources;promote the development of scientific research forces in training bases,and improve athletes'performance with scientific and technological innovation as the driving force;adhere to the co-construction and sha-ring of competitive sports and mass sports,and take the training base as the platform to actively develop various services;ex-pand the resource source channels of the training base,and improve the logistics support capacity with refined service supply.
