In order to comprehensively summarize the historical achievements and major problems of participating in the ten Summer Olympic Games in the past forty years,and actively explore the basic experience of carrying out the Olympic cause in China,this paper makes a theoretical research on the basic process of China's participation in the Summer Olympic Games in the past forty years.The research shows that since 40 years of participation in the Summer Olympic Games,China has obtained remarkable historical experience in the following six aspects as system mechanism,team management,value concept,promotion of competitive sports development,anti-doping and problematic experience.Combined with the new times needs of our country to accelerate the construction of sports power,this paper puts forward the specific proposals of our country's participation in the Summer Olympic Games in the new era:Firstly,it is necessary to comprehensively strengthen the Party's comprehensive leadership over the sports enterprise,and give play to the guarantee role of the new nationwide system;Secondly,it is an important indicator to deeply benchmark the construction of sports power,and participate in the Olympic movement with high quality.Thirdly,It is of great need to highlight the leading role of Chinese sportsmanship in the new times,and participate in the Olympic Games around the concept of common values of destiny;Fourthly,based on China's actual conditions,we should scientifically participate in the Olympic Games by focusing on the key links of material selection,preparation,competition and management.Fifthly,we should give full play to the characteristics of market players and fully participate in the Olympic Games in all aspects combining with the Olympic development.
