摘要
"新、奇、特、潮"的奥运会新兴项目具有参与群体年轻化、性别均等化、场景潮流化和组织社群化等内涵特征.在加快推进体育强国建设进程中,发展奥运会新兴项目将是赋能竞技体育全面发展的"新抓手"、落实全民健身战略的"新手段"、吸引青少年体育参与的"新途径"、加快体育产业发展的"新载体"、丰富体育文化建设的"新窗口".针对新兴项目政策支持力度薄弱、竞技综合实力不强、后备人才储备短缺、普及推广程度不高、市场参与活力不足等现实问题,提出统筹项目协调发展、增强为国增光能力、夯实专业人才储备、提升项目社会认同和释放项目消费潜力等推进我国奥运会新兴项目高质量发展的应然举措.
Abstract
To accelerate the process of building a Leading Sporting Nation is the blueprint of the party and the government for the development of our sports enterprise,the development of the newly added Olympic events is an effective strategy to advance this process.Skateboarding,climbing,surfing,etc.,as the adaptor of the new rules for the selection of Olympic Games and the representative of newly added Olympic events,have become the Olympic Games for three consecutive years and have received wide international attention.The research shows that compared with the traditional Olympic events,the newly added Olympic events of"new,strange,special and tide"have the connotation characteristics of younger participants,gender equality,scene trend and organization community.The development of newly added Olympic events in the process of accelerating the construction of a Leading Sporting Nation will be a"new start"to enable the comprehensive development of competitive sports,a"new means"to implement the national fitness strategy,a"new way"to attract youth sports participation,a"new carrier"to accelerate the development of sports industry,and a"new window"to enrich the construction of sports culture.In view of the practical development difficulties such as weak policy support,weak international competitiveness,shortage of reserve talents,low popularization and promotion degree,and insufficient market participation vitality,it is believed that coordinating the development of projects,enhancing the ability to win glory for the country,consolidating the thickness of talent reserve,promoting the social recognition of projects and releasing the consumption potential of projects are the appropriate measures to promote the development of newly added Olympic events in China's Olympic Games.
