摘要
社区体育服务智慧治理的目的在于推进社区体育服务高质量发展.社区体育服务智慧治理的技术框架可分为治理基础、治理目标、治理内容、治理手段、治理结构.社区体育服务智慧治理需要坚持"数字转型"与"需求为本"相结合的底层逻辑,构建出"人-技术-空间"一体的社区体育服务治理技术结构,进而夯实治理基础、创新治理手段、优化治理结构、丰富治理内容、凝练治理目标,真正推动我国社区体育服务治理现代化发展.
Abstract
The essence of this smart governance aims to promote the high-quality community sports service.Governance foundation,objective,means and structure all together make up the technical framework of smart governance.The so-called smart governance would have to adhere to"digital transformation"and"demand-oriented"policy,building a technical framework structure which features the integration of"people,technology and space".Consequently,the governance foundation is consolidated,its methods innovated,its structure optimized,its content enriched and its goals condensed.Thereafter,modernization and development of community sports service in China could be greatly enhanced.
