摘要
为更好地实现新时代我国校园足球改革发展目标,基于利益相关者理论视角,对校园足球活动中各利益相关者在宏观与微观层面进行识别与分类,归纳了当前核心利益相关者之间的利益关系.研究发现,教育与体育部门、学校与培训机构、家庭与培训机构等在活动实践中存在较大利益冲突.应引导多元主体形成共识,确定各主体在校园足球活动中的角色定位,构建多元主体间的利益表达与协调机制,以优化我国校园足球的协同治理路径.
Abstract
In order to better achieve the goal of reform and development of campus football in China,we,based on the perspective of stakeholder theory,identified and classified the stakeholders of campus football activities at the macro and micro levels,exposing the main conflicts of interest among the current core stakeholders.The study shows that major interests conflicts persist between education and sport departments,schools and training institutions,families and training institutions,headmasters and physical education teachers,physical education teachers and football coaches,and students and parents in the current practice of the activity.We should,therefore,optimize the collaborative governance of campus football in China in the new era by guiding the multiple subjects to form a consensus,rationally formulating the roles of each subject in campus football activities,and constructing a mechanism for the expression and coordination of the interests of the multiple subjects.
