Reform of China's Competitive Sports System Mechanism under the New Nationwide System:Situation,Dilemma and Path
In the process of promoting Chinese-style modernization,explaining the theoretical issue of the reform of China's competitive sports system and mechanism under the new nationwide system is of great significance to exploring the new road of competitive sports development with Chinese characteristics and accelerating the high-quality development of competitive sports.This study systematically combs the situation and difficulties faced by the reform of China's competitive sports system and mechanism,combines the Chinese modernization and the strategic needs of sports power,and puts forward an innovative path to improve the management system and operation mechanism of competitive sports.The study believes that accelerating the high-quality development of the country,deepening the economic and social reform,building a comprehensive innovation system and mechanism and a new development pattern of double cycles put forward new requirements for the reform and development of competitive sports.At the same time,China's competitive sports reform is facing realistic difficulties.The main performance is that the system and mechanism of competitive sports are not adapted to the trend of economic and social transformation and upgrading,the development mode of competitive sports is not adapted to the modernization construction situation of high-quality development,the internal structure of competitive sports is not adapted to the positioning of the overall coordinated development of sports undertakings,and the management system of competitive sports is not adapted to the overall improvement of national governance capacity.This paper proposes corresponding reform paths:to build a new national system for competitive sports and give full play to the comprehensive efficiency of the national system and the market mechanism;to cultivate the new quality productivity of competitive sports reform and development,and create a new model of open and integrated development of competitive sports;to strengthen the"flat"governance with the participation of multiple subjects,and establish a new system of government-led competitive sports governance;to remove deep-seated institutional barriers,and comprehensively enhance the internal driving force for innovation and development in key areas of competitive sports.
