According to the Pragmatic Identity Theory, the approaches of addresser's identity construction can be further di-vided into self-construction,addressee-construction,other-construction as well as the interactive construction when construc-ting identity for the addressee or the other. However, the previous study mostly focus on the first two approaches without paying attention to the last three ones, let alone to study them comprehensively.Meanwhile, the other-identity,a type of pragmatic i-dentity and a kind of pragmatic resource that can be mobilized by interlocutors to achieve communication goals, also receives little attention. To address this gap, drawing on the naturally occurring data collected from college English classroom and un-der the guidance of pragmatic identity theory, this paper explores the approaches of teachers'pragmatic identities construction from the perspective of mobilization of other identities. The finding shows that all the five approaches of addresser's identity construction are found in teacher identity construction from the perspective of other-identity mobilization. This paper aims to a-rouse teachers'awareness of applying multiple approaches to construct multiple identities so as to facilitate students'English study.
