摘要

随着"一带一路"倡议的不断推进以及新质生产力的快速发展,跨境电商行业发展迅速.面对跨境电商语言服务人才的重大缺口,如何加速并创新跨境电商语言服务人才培养模式是亟待解决的重要命题之一.本文尝试以深度剖析跨境电商语言服务人才需求为切入点,讨论对此方面人才培养模式进行研究的必要性,通过分析现阶段人才培养存在的问题并借助"协同理论"探索跨境电商语言服务人才培养模式,助力我国跨境电商行业的高质量发展.

Abstract

With the continuous advancement of the Belt and Road Initiative and the rapid development of new quality produc-tive forces,the cross-border E-commerce industry is developing swiftly.In the face of the significant shortage of language serv-ice talents in cross-border E-commerce,how to accelerate and innovate the talent cultivation mode is one of the pressing issues that urgently need to be addressed.This article attempts to deeply analyze the demand for language service talents in cross-bor-der E-commerce as the starting point to discuss the necessity of building the talent cultivation mode.By analyzing the problems existing in the current stage of talent training and using the"Synergy Theory",it explores the cultivation mode for language service talents in cross-border E-commerce,thereby contributing to the high-quality development of the cross-border E-com-merce industry.
