黄河流域数字经济发展水平的测度、时空演变与区域差异

Measurement,spatial-temporal evolution and regional differences of digital economy development level in the Yellow River Basin

针对黄河流域数字经济发展不均衡问题,从发展水平测度、时空演变与区域差异方面进行研究.通过构建数字基础保障、数字核心产业、数字化效率提升、数字化创新潜力及绿色低碳效应5个维度的指标体系,采用熵权法对黄河流域9个省区2014-2021年的数字经济发展水平精准测度,利用Kernel密度估计、Moran's Ⅰ指数及Dagum基尼系数分析其时空演变特征与区域差异.研究结果表明,黄河流域数字经济发展水平整体呈上升趋势,空间分布上呈现下游高、中游次、上游低的格局.随时间推移,数字经济发展水平的两极分化现象日益显著,区域间存在空间正相关性,区域差异总体呈现先降后升趋势,上游地区的两极分化现象尤为突出,且区域间差异是导致总体差异的主要因素.
In view of the uneven development of digital economy in the Yellow River Basin,the perspectives of development level measurement,spatial-temporal evolution and regional differ-ences are studied by creating an index system for digital economy development in the Yellow Riv-er Basin with five dimensions,namely the digital infrastructure,the digital core industry,the ef-ficiency improvement,the innovation potential,and the environmental sustainability.Entropy weighting is adopted to measure the development level of nine provinces from 2014 to 2021.Ker-nel density estimation,Moran's Ⅰ index,and the Dagum Gini coefficient are used to analyze the spatial-temporal patterns and regional differences.Results of the research show that an upward trend in digital economy development,with a spatial pattern of higher development in the down-stream region,followed by the mid-stream region,and lower development in the upstream re-gion.The polarization of the development level of the digital economy has become increasingly significant,and positive spatial correlation exists among regions.Regional differences show a trend of decline followed by increasement.The polarization phenomenon in the upstream region is particularly prominent,and regional differences are the main factor leading to overall differences.
