Analysis and evaluation of Galileo HAS precision orbit and clock error performance

对伽利略高精度服务(High Accuracy Service,HAS)精密轨道及钟差产品精度进行研究.将均方根误差(Root Mean Squared Error,RMSE)与空间信号测距误差(Signal-in-Space Range Error,SISRE)作为精度评价指标,以法国国家空间研究中心的精密产品为参考,包含由空间大地测量团队(Global Reference Geopotential,GRG)提供的事后GRG产品和实时产品存档(Centre National d'Etudes Spatiales Real-Time Archive,CNT)产品,对改正的精密轨道和精密钟差进行分析与评估.实验结果表明:经HAS改正的Galileo精密轨道优于全球定位系统(Global Positioning System,GPS)精密轨道,在考虑卫星轨道及卫星钟差影响下,Galileo和GPS与GRG产品比对的SISRE分别为0.093 m和0.127 m,与CNT产品比对的SISRE分别为0.210 m、0.603 m;经HAS改正的Galileo精密钟差优于GPS精密钟差,Galileo和GPS精密钟差与GRG产品比对的RMSE分别为0.248 ns和0.397 ns,与CNT产品比对的RMSE分别为0.674 ns和1.938 ns.
The accuracy of the precision orbit and clock differential products of the Galileo high accuracy service(HAS)is investigated.Root mean squared error(RMSE)and signal-in-space range error(SISRE)are used as the accuracy evaluation indexes.The corrected precision orbits and precision clock errors are analyzed and evaluated,with the centre national d'etudes spatiales(CNES)precision products as a reference,including the ex-post products(GRG products)and the real-time archive(Centre National d'Etudes Spatiales Real-Time Archive,or CNT products).The experiment results show that the precision orbit of Galileo corrected by HAS is better than the precision orbit of global positioning system(GPS).The SISRE of Galileo and GPS compared with GRG products are 0.093 m and 0.127 m respectively,while the SISRE compared with CNT products are 0.210 m and 0.603 m respectively;the HAS-corrected Galileo precision clock differ-entials are better than the GPS precision clock differentials,and the RMSEs of the precision clock differentials of Galileo and GPS compared with GRG products are 0.248 ns and 0.397 ns respec-tively,while the RMSEs of the precision clock differentials compared with CNT products are 0.674 ns and 1.938 ns respectively.
