基于层次分析法和灰色关联度分析法的风电场宏观选址

针对目前风电场选址方案评估决策中指标体系不全面以及主观确定方案等问题,提出了基于层次分析法和灰色关联分析法相结合的主客观综合选择合适风电场场址的方法.首先综合考虑风能、联网、地质、交通与施工等因素确定风电场宏观选址各指标,再采用改进的层次分析法确定各指标权重,最后利用灰色关联度分析法结合各指标权重,从主客观角度综合分析确定风电场宏观选址.选取新疆3个风区选址方案进行分析,验证了该方法的可行性,为风电场科学投资提供了理论依据.
Wind Farm Site Macroscopic Selection Based on Both AHP and Grey Correlation Analysis
In an allusion to the incomplete indexes system and subjective scheme of wind farm macro-siting,the paper proposes wind farm site macroscopic selection scheme based on both AHP and grey correlation analysis.The paper determines the various index of the wind farm macro-siting by comprehensively considering wind source,wind power integration,geology,transportation and construction,calculates the each index weight using improved analytic hierarchy process (AHP),and then expounds the wind farm site macroscopic selection by means of the gray correlation analysis combining with the index weigh.Finally,the paper makes a positive analysis according to 3 Xinjiang fetch siting scheme,the result shows the feasibility of the method mentioned above.
