Renewable Energy Electricity Purchasing and Selling Strategy for Power Selling Company Considering Carbon Allowance for Users
With the deepening of carbon quota system reform, the increasing demand for renewable energy power from high-emission enterprises brings new opportunities and challenges to the traditional operation mode of power selling companies.Targeting the problem that the increasing demand for green electricity from the high-emission enterprises is too difficult to meet, the paper proposes a model of renewable energy electricity purchasing and selling strategy for the power selling companies considering the carbon quota for customers under the framework of master-slave game. The study generates the typical scenarios of wind and photovoltaic output by using Copula function,Latin hypercube sampling, and K-means clustering, and constructs a two-layer optimization model of the multi-market master-slave game considering the medium and long-term market, spot market, energy storage, carbon trading, green certificate trading, and differentiated power sale contracts. Finally, the validity of the model is verified by case analysis.
