Economic Life Evaluation of Oil-immersed Transformer Based on Life Cycle Cost and Comprehensive Failure Rate
The economic life evaluation of power transformer plays an important role in improving the economic benefits of system and equipment operation.Based on life cycle cost evaluation, this paper clearly gives various cost calculation methods combined with environmental cost.Considering the time value of capital,a more comprehensive and scientific economic life model of oil-immersed transformer is established by taking the minimum equivalent cost of life cycle as the basis of decommissioning. At the same time, according to the baseline failure rate of the oil-immersed transformer, the comprehensive failure rate that takes into account the load rate, equipment condition and service age reduction after overhaul is used as the influencing factor of the economic life model, and the particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to determine the optimal overhaul time iteratively, providing ideas for exactly evaluating the equipment failure rate and economic life. Finally, the effectiveness of the method is verified with a practical example, providing detailed economic data for decision-makers.
