Distributionally Robust Optimal Dispatching Considering Flexibility of Distribution Network
Targeting the problems of overload and insufficient flexibility of distribution network caused by the increasing proportion of renewable energy,the paper proposes a distuibutionally robust optimal dispatching method considering the flexibility of the distribution network.Firstly,the power supporting role of node flexible resources and the system power flow optimization of soft open point of network flexible resources are considered to improve the flexible operation capability of the distribution network.Then considering supply and demand balance and power transmission capacity,the evaluation indexes of flexibility margin and line capacity margin are proposed.After that,with the objective of optimal flexibility margin and line capacity margin as well as minimum operating cost,a data-driven based two-stage optimization model is constructed,and the model is solved by column and constraint generation algorithm.Finally,the effectiveness of the proposed model to improve the economical and flexible operation of the distribution network is verified by a simulation example.
