作为智能电表的关键部件,时钟电池的质量直接影响到智能电表运行的可靠性与稳定性.基于目前大量智能电表由于时钟电池欠压导致故障的现状,介绍了一种基于威布尔分布的智能电表时钟电池可靠性分析方法,通过现场运行的智能电表的历史数据按批次建立时钟电池的可靠度模型,并根据可靠度函数与坐标轴之间围成的面积量化评价智能电表时钟电池质量.该方法可实现大批量分析智能电表时钟电池可靠性,有利于提高智能电表状态监测水平,预警批次智能电表异常与故障,降低电网运维成本.
Reliability Analysis on Clock Battery of Smart Meters Based on Weibull Distribution
As a key component of smart meter,the clock battery quality directly affects the reliability and stability of the smart meter.Targeting the situation that a large number of the smart meter fails due to the clock battery undervoltage,the paper expounds a reliability analysis method of the clock battery of the smart meters based on Weibull distribution.The reliability model of the clock battery is established by batch based on the historical data of the smart meter running on site.The clock battery quality of the smart meter is evaluated quantitatively according to the area enclosed between the reliability function and the coordinate axis.This method can analyze the clock battery reliability of the smart meters in large quantities,improving the condition monitoring level of the smart meters,early warning the abnormal condition and faults of batch of smart meters,and reducing the cost of power grid operation and maintenance.
