Optimal Scheduling of Multiple Virtual Power Plants Mixed Game Considering Green Certificate and Carbon Trading
In order to analyze the economic benefits and low-carbon benefits of collaborative management among multiple virtual power plants, the paper propose a optimization scheduling method of mixed game for the multiple virtual power plants considering the green certificate-carbon trading mechanism.Firstly,an optimization framework of the mixed game is established to analyze the game relationship between power grid operators and virtual power plant alliances. Then a mixed game optimization model with the power grid operators as leaders and the virtual power plants as followers is constructed.Based on Nash bargaining theory, the cost minimization of the virtual power plant is equivalent to the two sub-problems of alliance benefit maximization and cooperative profit allocation. Finally, the mixed game model is solved by combining the dichotomy method and the alternating direction multiplier method. The example analysis shows that the proposed model can reduce the total cost and the carbon emission of the virtual power plant alliance, coordinate the operation among the alliances, improve the economy and low carbon of the alliance, and realize the fair allocation of the benefits of cooperation between the alliance members.
