Comprehensive Benefit Evaluation of Low-carbon Industrial Parks Based on Combination Weighting and MARCOS Model
The carbon emissions from industrial parks account for about a quarter of China's total emissions, and their green and low-carbon transformation and development are crucial for achieving China's"carbon neutrality&carbon peak"goals. The comprehensive benefit evaluation index system for low-carbon industrial parks is constructed from three dimensions, namely economy, society, and environment, and the comprehensive benefit evaluation model for low-carbon industrial parks is proposed based on combination weighting and Measurement of Alternatives and Ranking according to Compromise Solution(MARCOS)methods. The evaluation results of low-carbon industrial parks in five regions of China show that CO2 emissions, renewable energy consumption, and user energy consumption cost are key factors affecting the comprehensive benefits of low-carbon parks.Meanwhile, the No.2 low-carbon industrial park located in Shandong province has the highest comprehensive benefits. The model proposed in this paper is effective and feasible for practical application.
