Fault Diagnosis Method of Synchronous Condenser Based on Hotelling T2-BiLSTM
The fault of synchronous condenser will seriously affect the stability of UHV DC transmission project.Aiming at the problem that it is difficult to identify the inter-turn short circuit fault of synchronous condenser excitation winding under asymmetric voltage conditions in UHV power grid,a fault diagnosis method of synchronous condenser based on Hotelling T2-BiLSTM is proposed.Firstly,the fault features are extracted from three-phase voltage,three-phase current,excitation current,rotor vibration and reactive power,and the Hotelling T2 statistic is calculated to construct the fault detection index.Then,the BiLSTM model is used to classify the features,and the logistic regression layer is used for fault diagnosis.Finally,experiments are carried out in the dynamic simulation laboratory to verify its effectiveness.The experimental results show that the proposed method has high accuracy for fault diagnosis.
