由于静止变频器(SFC)开断过程具有非线性的特征,抽水蓄能电站SFC起动时会产生大量的谐波,影响电站系统内外及大电网的电能质量.提出一种基于线性自抗扰控制(LADRC)的SFC起动控制策略,以抑制SFC网侧电流的非特征谐波,再结合无源滤波器治理SFC网侧电流的特征谐波,使得SFC起动过程网侧电流谐波畸变率符合国标.基于某抽水蓄能电站的实际参数建立了传统SFC起动和基于LADRC的SFC起动的Matlab/Simulink仿真模型,结合现场测试结果,验证了所提控制策略的可行性以及对非特征谐波电流抑制的有效性.
Harmonic Characteristics Analysis&Suppression Strategies for SFC Starting of Pumped Storage Power Plant
Due to the non-linear characteristics of static frequency converter(SFC)switching process,a large number of harmonics are generated during SFC starting in pumped storage power plants,which affect the power quality of power grid inside and outside the power plant.SFC starting control strategy based linear active disturbance rejection control(LADRC)is proposed to suppress the non-characteristics harmonic of SFC grid-side current.Combined with passive filters to manage the characteristics harmonics of the SFC grid-side current,the grid-side current harmonic distortion rate of the SFC starting process is in line with the national standard.Based on the actual parameters of a pumped storage power plant,a Matlab/Simulink simulation model of traditional SFC starting and LADRC-based SFC starting is established.The feasibility of the proposed control strategy and the effectiveness of the suppression of non-characteristics harmonic currents are verified by combining with the field test results.
