Cooperative Planning Method for Solar-wind-storage Considering Output Smoothing
In order to smooth out the fluctuation of renewable energy, wind and light plant stations need to be mandatorily equipped with energy storage systems. However, the current high cost of energy storage and low utilization rate of the equipment lead to low motivation for storage allocation.A collaborative planning method is proposed through the cooperation of multiple new energy stations in planning the installed capacity and energy storage system,in order to achieve the purpose of reducing the investment cost and reducing wind and light abandonment.Firstly,a new energy output smoothing method based on wavelet threshold noise reduction is proposed, and the smoothed curve is used as the power generation plan;Secondly, the cooperative alliance of each field station is taken as a whole, and with the goal of the highest life-cycle profit, the highest utilization hours of the outgoing channel, and the lowest abandonment rate, the collaborative planning model of wind power and energy storage is established by taking into account the constraints of the operation of the equipments, the constraints of the grid examination, the constraints of the abandonment of power, and the constraints of the outgoing channel, and the collaborative planning model based on Shapley's value of interest is proposed. The benefit distribution method based on Shapley's value is proposed. The final example analysis shows that the proposed method can effectively reduce the cost of energy storage planning and power abandonment rate, and improve the economic benefits.
