Planning of Large-scale Offshore Wind Farm Cluster Access System Considering Grid-connected Flexibility
In order to improve the grid-connected flexibility of large-scale offshore wind farm cluster access system,a planning method of large-scale offshore wind farm cluster access system considering grid-connected flexibility is proposed.Firstly,the flexibility of large-scale offshore wind power cluster transmission system is explored by constructing a multi-objective optimization model for the planning of large-scale offshore wind power cluster access system,which considers the flexibility and economy of grid connection.Secondly,the improved non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm and topological restoration strategy based on graph theory are used to solve the multi-objective optimization model.Thirdly,based on fuzzy membership analysis,the optimal economic and flexible access scheme of wind farm cluster is extracted from Pareto front solution.Finally,a practical grid connection example of offshore wind farms is taken as an example to verify the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed method.
