Integrated Energy System Scheduling Considering Demand Response and Flexible Operation of Carbon Capture Power Plant
In order to promote the implementation of dual-carbon target, the integrated energy system(IES)optimization scheduling method that stimulates carbon reduction and emission reduction on both sides of the source and load is proposed. The insufficient level of carbon capture and renewable energy consumption in IES are improved.Firstly, the"energy time-shift characteristic"of liquid storage tank in the carbon capture power plant is utilized for peak shaving and valley filling, and the level of wind energy consumption is further improved by cooperating with the power-to-gas equipment.Secondly, considering the demand response of electricity and heat based on time-sharing price, the comprehensive energy low-carbon dispatch model with carbon trading mechanism is constructed. Finally, the CPLEX solver is used to solve the model, and four different scenarios are set up to verify the effectiveness of the scheduling method proposed in this paper.
