Adaptive Reclosing Strategy Based on Split-phase Tripping Mode for Wind Power Transmission Lines
In order to avoid the secondary impact of wind farm and access system resulted from reclosing failure, aiming at low coincidence success rate of wind power transmission lines affected by wind power operation characteristics, the wind power transmission line split-phase tripping adaptive reclosing strategy is proposed. The reclosing action mode of retaining one-sided healthy phase can effectively avoid the influence of wind power operation characteristics and ensure the fault coupling effect. The characteristics of fault phase voltage change under different fault conditions are analyzed, and the adaptive reclosing criterion based on voltage amplitude-angular frequency change is proposed, and the reclosing strategy is determined accordingly;A simulation model is constructed on the PSCAD/EMTDC simulation platform for the simulation verification. The simulation analysis shows that the proposed strategy can accurately determine the nature of fault and arc quenching time, which ensures the safe and reliable operation of wind farm and grid-connected system.
