基于精细化模拟的电力系统电力电量平衡研究

为了解决高比例新能源电力系统保供、电力电量平衡和新能源合理利用难的问题,精细化考虑新能源特性以及多种灵活调节资源特性差异,提出了一种计及源网荷储灵活互动的电力系统精细化时序模拟模型和概率化电力电量平衡方法,构建了完整的新能源消纳计算框架,并分析了影响新能源消纳能力的主要因素.以2025年某新能源发电大省的系统规划为实例进行验证,得到了多种运行场景精确数据,有效计算了新能源弃电量、电力需求等平衡指标,为电力系统规划建设提供建议.
Power and Energy Balance Method for Power System Based on Refined Simulation
In order to solve the difficulties in ensuring supply,balance and reasonable utilization of renewable energy in a power system with a high proportion of the renewable energy,considering the characteristics of the renewable energy and the differences in multi-type flexible adjustable resource characteristics,the paper proposes a refined time series simulation model and probabilistic power and energy balance method with the consideration of the flexible interaction of source-grid-load-storage,establishes a complete calculation framework for the renewable energy integration,and analyzes the main factors affecting the renewable energy integration capabilities.Taking the planning system of a major province with renewable energy power generation in 2025 as an example to verify the method,accurate data for a variety of operating scenarios are obtained,balance indicators are effectively calculated such as renewable energy abandoned electricity and power demand,and some suggestions are provided for power system planning and construction.
