Robust Three-phase State Estimation Method for Active Distribution Network Based on Multi-source Mixed Data
The paper proposes a robust three-phase state estimation method for active distribution network based on multi-source mixed data.Firstly,a three-phase measurement-state model is established with the method by considering the different measurement characteristics of multi-source monitoring and data acquisition system, phasor measurement unit and advanced measurement system. Then by calculating the optimal buffer length of data from the monitoring and data acquisition system and the phasor measurement unit, the data from the monitoring and data acquisition system, the phasor measurement unit, and the advanced measurement system are normalized. Finally, the multi-source mixed data based robust three-phase state estimation method for the active distribution network is proposed based on the exponential weighted robust state estimation method. The simulation is conducted based on the constructed IEEE 13-node active distribution network, the results show that the proposed method is more robust and accurate than the traditional weighted least square method.
