Analysis of the Cognition of the Countries of the Eurasian Economic Union on the Major Initiatives of the"the Belt and Road"From the Perspective of"Belt and Union"Docking
Both the Belt and Road Initiative and the Eurasian Economic Union are multilateral cooperation mechanism in Eurasia.Improving and promoting the high-quality co-construction of the"the Belt and Road"mechanism is the essence of China's leading global governance. After the Belt and Union Initiative started its docking process in 2015,the perception of the member countries of the Eurasian Economic Union on the the Belt and Road Initiative also experienced the development process of"shock-response-understanding-participa-tion".Russia still occupies the main source of public opinion, which focuses on three aspects:recognition of the role of the the Belt and Road Initiative in promoting the development of the Eurasian region, creating de-velopment opportunities for the member countries of the Eurasian Economic Union, and actively refuting the Western media's notorious coverage of the the Belt and Road Initiative. The main reason for the positive rec-ognition of the Eurasian Economic Union countries is that it conforms to the pursuit of developing and impro-ving living standards by member states, and provides impetus and guarantee for the new globalization. It is found that the member countries of the Eurasian Economic Union believe that the the Belt and Road Initiative not only responds to the needs of the times, but also provides member countries with new ideas for the develop-ment of productive forces, and creats bilateral and multilateral cooperation opportunities for Eurasian coun-tries.This paper proposes that increasing consensus on interests, exploring mechanism interaction mode, and improving the quality of publicity will continue to stimulate the potential of the the Belt and Road Initiative and develop collective advantages.
