Resilience assessment of indoor earthquake emergency shelters based on PSR+cloud model
A resilience assessment method for indoor earthquake emergency shelters based on pressure-state-response(PSR)+cloud model is proposed to facilitate the evaluation of the resili-ence grade of indoor earthquake emergency shelters. In this study,a resilience assessment index system for indoor earthquake emergency shelters was developed from the perspective of the PSR,and grading criteria for resilience assessment were divided. The AHP-DEMATEL method was used to assign weights to each assessment index.A resilience assessment model for indoor earth-quake emergency shelters was then established by integrating the cloud model.Through empirical analysis of the Jiuzhou Gymnasium in Mianyang City, the membership grades for its pressure resilience, state resilience, and response resilience were determined. Finally, the comprehensive grade C2 was obtained, which is consistent with the resilience state of Jiuzhou Gymnasium during the Wenchuan earthquake, thus verifying the effectiveness of the proposed model.
