高沸醇溶性木质素及其衍生物对内毒素的吸附性能研究

内毒素是革兰氏阴性菌细胞壁的外层脂多糖组分,可引起机体发热反应,重症将导致休克,而内毒素对热或有机溶剂都十分稳定,通常的灭菌操作难以使之除去.本文采用高沸醇木质素及其衍生物作为对内毒素的吸附剂,对它们与内毒素的吸附性能进行了研究.结果表明,在室温下,高沸醇木质素酚和高沸醇木质素胺都能吸附水溶液中的内毒素,加入有机溶剂后又可以释放出吸附的内毒素,解吸后的高沸醇木质素酚和高沸醇木质素胺可以再吸附内毒素,高沸醇木质素衍生物可成为清除内毒素的新型功能高分子材料.
Study on the adsorption of endotoxion by HBS lignin and its derivatives
Endotoxin is a kind of lipopolysaccharide, which is the outer cell-wall component of Gram-negative bacterials. Endotoxin can cause fever in organism, in serious case it will cause severe shock. However,endotoxin is difficult to be removed by usual sterile operations because of its stability to heat or organic solvents. In this paper, the adsorption properties of high boiling solvent of alcohol(HBS) lignin and its derivatives to endoxoxin were investigated. The experimental results showed that both HBS lignin phenol and HBS lignin amine can adsorb endotoxin in water and release the adsorbed endotoxin in organic solvents at room temperature,respectively. The desorpted HBS lignophenol and HBS lignoamine can readsorb endotoxin. So the derivatives of HBS lignin are a new kind of functional materials for removing endotoxin in medical industry.
