等离子体/壳聚糖联合处理对羊毛防缩性能的影响

分别对羊毛织物在低温等离子体、壳聚糖和等离子体/壳聚糖条件下进行处理.分析了等离子体预处理的时间、功率和压强及壳聚糖工艺对羊毛织物性能的影响.通过等离子体/壳聚糖对羊毛联合整理,羊毛织物的防缩性能得到了很大的改善,其最佳工艺条件为:壳聚糖分子量20万,质量浓度1.0g/L,等离子体功率150W,压强25Pa,时间3min.此条件下羊毛织物的毡缩率为7.3%,白度54.2,断裂强力:经向673.2N,纬向272.7N.
The effect on shrink-resistance of wool fabric with plasma/chitosan co-processing
Wool fabric is treated under the conditions of low temperature plasma,chitosan, and plasma/chitosan respectively,and the influence of plasma pretreatment time,power and pressure and the process of chitosan on the properties of wool fabrics were analyzed.Finally the plasma/chitosan co-processing is chosed to improve the performance of wool fabric shrink-resistance.And the optimum conditions are: chitosan molecular weight of 20 million, the concentration of 1.0g/L,plasma power is 150W,pressure is 25Pa,time is 3min.Under these conditions,the shrinkage of wool fabric is 7.3% ,whiteness is 54.2,breaking strength:warp direction 673.2N,weft direction 272.7N.
