课程论视角下的"课程思政"与"思政课程"协同育人研究

高校思想政治教育工作随着我国日趋复杂的外部环境而面临诸多新的问题和挑战."课程思政"与"思政课程"同向同行、协同创新发展,通过课堂教学形成合力培养社会主义建设者和接班人,充分体现课程价值理论中的育人功能,是正确理解立德树人的体现,也是高校人才培养的题中之意.本文以教育学课程论为基础,结合协同论、思想政治教育有效性理论、马克思主义人本理论等,从课程目标、课程内容、课程实施、课程管理以及课程评价等五个维度构建高等教育课程协同育人与成效分析的框架体系,深挖课程协同育人的价值理论基础,构建同向同行的协同育人机制,探索协同育人的效能提升路径,为加强新时代大学生的思想政治教育、提升高校思想政治教育的有效性提供有力保障.
Abstract
Ideological and political education in universities faces many new problems and challenges along with China's increasingly complex external environment.The parallel and innovative development of"curriculum ideology and politics"and"ideological and political courses"cultivates socialist builders and successors cooperatively through classroom teaching,which fully reflects educational function in curriculum value theory.It is a correct understanding of moral education and talent cultivation in colleges.Based on Pedagogy Curriculum Theory,also drawing on the Synergy Theory,the Effectiveness Theory of Ideological and Political Education,and Marxist Humanistic Theory,etc.,this article constructs a framework system of synergistic education and effectiveness analysis in higher education curriculum from five dimensions,i.e.,curriculum objective,curriculum content,curriculum implementation,curriculum management,and curriculum evaluation.The authors thoroughly examine the value theory foundation of curriculum synergistic education,construct synergistic education mechanism of parallel development,explore ways to improve the effectiveness of synergistic education,and provide a strong guarantee of strengthening the ideological and political education of college students and enhancing the effectiveness of college ideological and political education in the new era.
