Influencing Factors of Competitiveness of Leading Technology Enterprises:An fsQCA-based Research on Configuration Effects
Competitiveness is a key issue related to the survival and development of leading technology enterprises.At present,the new downward pressure on economy is further increasing.What factors determine the competitiveness of leading technology enterprises has become an important topic in the dual exploration of theory and practice.Because the influencing factors of the competitiveness of leading technology enterprises and the relationship between the factors are very complex,this paper analyzes the determinants of the competitiveness of the enterprises based on the configuration perspective and fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis method.The results show that a single factor does not constitute a necessary condition for the competitiveness of leading technology enterprises.There are three ways to achieve strong competitiveness of leading technology enterprises,and appropriate scale plays an important role in enhancing competitiveness.In accordance with their reality,the enterprises can take full advantage of their favorable conditions,and upgrade their competitiveness by different means.This paper introduces the configuration perspective to explore which factors determine the competitiveness of leading technology enterprises.The research findings are helpful to deepen the rational understanding of the complex interaction between multiple factors behind the competitiveness of leading technology enterprises,and have important theoretical and practical significance for the enterprises to enhance their competitiveness.
